Our average turnaround (as of Sunday 17th April 2022) for a house survey is about 4 to 5 business days. This means a large % of our customers are getting their complete house survey back in less than 1 week. This consistent level of service is currently the fastest in Ireland of all the large surveying companies.
Occasionally, depending on a number of factors, it can take longer. This may be down to the surveyor not being able to get access to the property, us being particularly business in a county or just that the survey is quite long with lots of issues identified and it just takes some extra time to write up. Either way, we'll keep you updated!
Of course, because our surveyors are surveying possibly the largest purchase we ever make, we absolutely can not let quality slip in place of speed. So this is one area where we don't cut corners! To help here, we have built a custom iPad app for our surveyors which enables them to capture more detail about your survey without the need to fiddle about with Microsoft Word! Today, about 80% of our surveyors use this service to help improve both the quality and the speed of their surveys.
