Oversized Property

For properties between 200m² & 350m²

€699 including VAT

  • The ideal survey for home buyers purchasing a second hand property that is between 200m2 and 350m2

  • A survey of the property including, a description of visible defects and potential problems caused by hidden flaws

 

  • Gives an outline of repair options and the likely consequences of inactivity, advice for your legal advisers and details of serious risks and dangerous conditions

  • Visual inspection of all accessible parts of the property

  • Assessment of all major and minor faults found within the property

  • Comment on the condition of the heating, electric, gas/oil and water system

  • Investigation into the condition of damp proofing and insulation

  • Information on environmental hazards and considerations for your legal advisor

  • Proposals for any further special inspections and subsequent work which may need to be done

  • Turnaround time 5-8 business days

Suitable for all new build properties

  • A Comprehensive List prepared by Experienced and Qualified Surveyors

  • Turnaround time 5-8 business days

It is only necessary to request a snaglist once the builder has informed you that the property is ready for snagging and the property is complete.
