• The 2-day express delivery service is offered at an additional cost of €200 per survey.

• The service is only available in Co. Dublin. 

• The service is based on 2 business days starting from the morning after the survey is booked.

• The service is subject to the availability of our surveyors and their ability to gain access to the property being surveyed.

• The express delivery guarantee is based on the assumption that the real estate agent or seller will facilitate the surveyor's access to the property.

• In the event that we are unable to complete the survey within two days due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of the express delivery fee.

• The refund will only be given if we are unable to complete the survey within the two-day timeframe and the delay is not due to the client's or real estate agent's actions or inaction.

• The express delivery service is not available for all types of surveys. Please contact us to confirm if the service is available for the type of survey you require.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the real estate agent or seller is aware of the express delivery service and that they facilitate the surveyor's access to the property.

• Payment for the express delivery service must be made in full at the time of the survey order.

• These terms and conditions may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice.
