You may not have any questions prior to the survey taking place, but you might after it. Especially if there are any concerns raised which you didn’t anticipate!
Some things will make sense when you first glance at the report, other items may use phrases or terms you’ve never heard before. But don’t worry, the surveyors are there to help! After all, this is most likely the first time you’ve ever seen a property report in your life, but this is day to day for our surveyors and they will happily go through the details with you.
Most surveys only report minor issues, but if our surveyor has any major concerns like dangerous structural issues, roof in need of replacing etc. they will let you know.
