At GetHouseSurvey.ie we operate slightly different to other building surveying companies! We guarantee you get an incredible surveyor, excellent service AND the quickest turnaround time in Ireland. But how do we do that?
Firstly, we have designed our service with the goal to make your life as easy as possible. We've been first-time buyers ourselves and so know first-hand how painful the house buying process can be, so we wanted to make one small step of that easy!
We publish our prices right on our home page so you don't need to fill out forms, write emails, or make calls for a quote.
Throughout the process, we keep you updated at every single step, so you don't need to go looking for updates.
We vet all of our surveyors to ensure they are qualified, registered, insured and have at least 10 years of experience (although our average is over 20 years experience).
What happens after you book?
Once you book, our award-winning platform springs into action. We find the next available surveyor in the area within a couple of hours and assign the survey to them.
Once assigned, you get an email to let you know your surveyor's name, qualifications, professional body membership details, phone number and email.
Then, the surveyor will contact the estate agent to book a time and date which works for the agent and vendor.
Once this is booked in, you get another email letting you know the time and date your survey will take place.
Most written reports are complete within 1 business day. But on occasion, if the report is particularly detailed or the surveyor needs to follow up with anything, it can take up to 2 business days.
When the report is complete, you get a link to the pdf emailed to you. You can then download and read the report. Even after that the surveyor will be on hand for any follow-up questions you may have!
So to sum all of that up...
1: You book and pay online.
2: We assigned a surveyor and let you know.
3: The surveyor contacts the agent to book a time and date. We let you know once that is done!
4: The survey is conducted and the written report is complete and emailed to you.
Right throughout the entire process, our team is on hand by phone or email (we cover emails for about 16 hours per day, 7 days a week) for any questions you may have.
