Updated: Dec 1, 2023

The beautiful county of Tipperary is Irelands 6th largest county stretching from the River Shannon in the North, right down to the borders between Cork and Waterford in the south.

It's packed full of bustling towns like Clonmel, Nenagh and Thurles and boast a rich hurling culture with some of the best clubs in the country scattered throughout the county.

But it's also brimming with beautiful properties and prices that are far more favourable than properties closer to the big cities. According to the 2022 Q3 Daft Report, the average asking price for a 4-bed bungalow comes in around €288k. That's a whopping €68k less than the equivalent property in Co.
